"Copycat" Starbucks Passion Tea Lemonade Recipe

Happy Friday Everyone! I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during this time. Today I wanted to show you guys how I made a Starbucks Passion Tea Lemonade. I posted this drink a while back on my Instagram story (yes... I'm finally posting the recipe lol) and didn't realize y'all liked this drink. I feel like this is the perfect time to post the recipe because we are staying home and Starbucks is temporarily closed :( ...

I have been making this drink at home for a while because your homegirl likes to saving money! This recipe is very simple and only has three ingredients. Tazo Passion Tea, Lemonade, and sugar!

  • 8 oz of Tazo Passion Tea (follow instructions for the tea)

  • 8 oz of Lemonade (I used Minute Maid Lemonade)

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar (Adjust to your taste preference)

Instructions for a Single Serving:

  • Prepare one tea bag of Tazo Passion Tea (follow instructions on the box)

  • Add sugar to freshly made tea

  • Allow the tea to steep for 15 mins

  • Remove tea bag and let tea completely cool down (you can put the tea in the fridge to cool faster)

  • Fill glass with ice (make sure it can hold 16 oz. or more)

  • Add Lemonade and Tazo Passion Tea

  • Stir the mixture together and Enjoy 🤗

To make a large batch of Passion Tea Lemonade adjust the recipe to make multiple servings:

  • Boil water (8 oz of water =1 tea bag)

  • Remove from heat and add tea bags and sugar. Allow the tea to steep for 15 mins

  • Remove tea bags and allow the tea to cool down (or put the tea in the fridge to cool down)

  • Mix Lemonade and Tea mixture in a large pitcher.

  • Store in fridge

  • And go back for seconds 🤗

* To be honest, this has been a challenging and stressful time for me. Thankfully I've been trying to take it one day at a time and reminding myself that this time will pass. I'm praying and sending positive vibes to hope everyone that struggles during this time that.
